Understanding/Navigating FMLA – This 2-hour session is a deep dive into the Family and Medical Leave Act. It includes interactive exercises and group discussions to reinforce your understanding of the material. Currently available as an in-person or a virtual session.
Worker's Compensation – Still under development. This short session explains worker's compensation and how it is different from FMLA.
Documentation – Still under development. This session is aimed at teaching you more effective documentation. The session includes creating documentation plans for scenarios and group discussion to ensure understanding.
Toxic VS Hostile Work Environment – Still under development. This session aims to explain the difference between a toxic work environment and a hostile work environment.
